The Reflecting Eye exhibition is now open, nestled between St.Pancras, Mornington Crescent and Camden Town in St.Pancras Hospital’s Conference Centre. It’s a group show with Tim Bradford, Annie Hall, Harry Limes, Georgia Mathews, Charlie Pi and myself.
All the artists have a different approach to depicting people through portraiture, using different techniques, materials and working methods, here are some examples of the work on display:
I’m showing a lot of recent small scale drawings including the recent portraits of NHS staff
As well as a wall of my painted portraits and my laminate piece “Dimitra” which was last on display at the Saatchi Gallery in 2010, I’m personally displaying a total of 30 pieces and together with my fellow exhibitors it’s a large exhibition.
It’s on display until the 23rd January 2014, open 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri (closed Xmas/Boxing Day and New Years Day) and we’re also planning some Saturday openings and possible events during the run of the show starting this Saturday (14th Dec) from 10am to 4pm! Georgia will be there all day and the jewellery can be taken away on the day rather than having to wait for the exhibition to end. Myself and the other artists will be around too at varying times during Saturday so feel free to drop by and say hello whilst checking out the exhibition!
Thanks also to everyone attending last weeks private view, it was great to see you all!
